The KJ4B Series printhead is designed for high speed printing of water-based inks. It is optimal for hi-end garments and textiles printing.
The Kyocera KJ4B-QA printhead is meticulously designed for digital textile printing, offering a range of features to optimize performance:
- Wide Print Width: With a 108mm width, it allows for broader printing coverage, reducing the need for numerous printheads.
- High-Speed, High Resolution, and Grayscale Printing: This printhead excels in achieving high-speed, high-resolution, and grayscale printing, all simultaneously. This versatility is essential for various printing requirements.
- Reliability in Continuous Printing: The unique ink channel design ensures a stable ink supply to all 2,656 nozzles. This design enhances reliability, crucial for continuous printing operations, minimizing interruptions and maintaining consistent print quality.
Kyocera KJ4B-QA Printheads features internal filters that eliminate foreign objects from ink and an internal heater that adjusts the impact of external temperatures. It’s unique ink channel design provides a stable ink supply.
